Ep 59. We are revisiting this diet that seems to get more popular every day. Keto! The low carb high fat diet has come and gone for centuries, we discuss its history, the benefits, and most importantly the long term dangers.  We obviously feel that plants are the best thing you can put in your body. If your goal is to lose weight, and you’ll be making sacrifices to do that, then be as healthy on the inside as you’d like to be on the outside.
