In episode 29 we revisit the world of dairy. There are many reasons to avoid eating and drinking it but tonight we focus on our health. We discuss bone health, lactose intolerance, cancer, and diabetes, along with its effect on children and infants. This episode is centered around studies referenced in an article from the physician’s committee for responsible medicine. Link is below. If you are a vegan this information might help you explain to people why you don't consume dairy, if you are considering going vegan hopefully this will help you overcome the biggest hurtle. Milk and cheese is bad for your health!

In episode 28 we are joined by special guests Kathleen and Keto Jacquelyn. We discuss how some cultures are using animals to help relive world hunger. Obviously Lisa and Jimi see veganism as a solution to world hunger but consider the possibility that some forms of veganism might be a first world luxury. We also offer some tips for people considering veganism, specifically Jacquelyn’s husband, officer Josh, who busted up the podcast just in time. We hope you enjoy! If you do please tell someone and rate our episodes.
